Plain Murder
This book wasn't exactly what I expected. I read a lot of Beverly Lewis, Wanda Brunstetter, P.L. Gaus, etc. I love to read Amish fiction, but I also own and have read quite a few factual books on the subject. I am also a big mystery buff. The books I buy, I keep. The plot in this book was convuluted, the characters weren't believable, and the Amish were invisible. This book is NOT a keeper.

Hide in Plain Sight
I enjoy books about the Amish country. This book was not only about the Amish country, but it was also a darn good mstery. There were three books in the series. To really enjoy the books, read them in order. I highly recommend the books by Ms. Perry. I have read other books by this author and enjoyed them all.

The Redemption of Sarah Cain by Beverly Lewis
I love reading Christian romances, especially the ones about the Amish. This is a beautiful story of love, acceptance and finally redemption. Sarah is a business woman who finds herself with a family when her Amish sister and her husband die. Needless to say, conflict arises, but by the end of the story the Lord has once more worked in mysterious (to Sarah) ways His wonders to perform. This book is much, much better than the movie, The Saving of Sarah Cain. This is one of my favorite Lewis books.
