Formerly a cottage industry of ceramics for over 30 years. my handcrafted items have been sold in many of the New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey metropolitan area malls until I moved to Maui, where they were sold at the Lahaina Cannery Mall, and Kaahumanu Shopping Center. Now EXCLUSIVELY on EBAY I present you with my textile art quilt and wallhangings you will find NOWHERE else. My art quilts, combine the traditional, the innovative, and the unique,-- everyone an original, combining many elements not commonly found in your everyday quilts. Having sold my items for over thirty years, I can truly say, I am very experienced in customer service and retail. And of course my degree in marketing and sales contributes too. Experience as a teacher shoud also bridge any communication gaps we encounter in providing you with the necessary info you meed to make your choices.
Payment policy
Paypal will get you the most prompt shipment.Sorry, it's ebay's policy that we nolonger accept cashier checks or money orders. BUT don't bid and then ask me to wait for payday. That won't be acceptable. You can use a charge card on paypal, or paypal will debit your checking account. So that's why paypal is a great way to shop. PLEASE NOTE that I expect payment within 3 days. I EXPECT acknowledgement of an invoice, so I know you are either waiting for another auction to close, or sending other than paypal. I WILL CALL YOU UP ON THE PHONE TO INQUIRE ABOUT WHEN I CAN EXPECT PAYMENT! I pay immediately when I bid, so I expect as close to the same respect as I give.
Shipping information
We don't do parcel post, or media mail. We want you to get your item the quickest way with the least amount of handling by the Post Office. We disdain sellers who kite shipping costs, so you can expect that we charge you what the post office charges us. If we are short, we shortchange ourselves. Seldom do you get overcharged, and if you do it is minimumly. And we do not charge for our supplies, thus there is absolutely no hidden charges as in HANDLING!. But insurance IS REQUIRED.
Return policy
All sales final, absolutely no refunds. In exceptional circumstances credit toward future bids MAYBE considered.
