This Seller was terrible. They indicated much faster shipping before I ordered and then after I paid for the item the shipping was suddenly over 1 month. THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED AND IT WAS MISSING AN ENTIRE PIECE, THE SWIVEL TO THE FURLER. THE BOX I RECEIEVED WAS ALREADY OPENED, THE FURLER ITSELF WAS NOT PACKAGED OR WRAPPED, IT WAS JUST THROWN LOOSLEY IN THE BOX. THE SWIVEL OBVIOIUSLY FELL OUT SOMET TIME IN THE PACKING OR SHIPPIING PROCESS BECAUSE THE BOX WAS NOT CLOSED.
