Horrible communication. Never shipped the item. I should have known based on the price being so low that they would not have sold that item for that price. I reached out to the seller beforehand to ask about the price and if it’s new and the seller assured me it was. eBay made things right and reimbursed me.

Like some of the others lately, I saw all positive feedback (at purchase time) and a 20-year account, so I went ahead with a purchase. Got a tracking number and after a week it hadn’t shipped. Ask the seller and was told it should update today. Another week goes by with no change and no more responses from the seller. Thankfully, eBay stepped in and refunded my purchase ($1k).
