Wolf towel arrived with the word "Florida" across the top, which was not shown in any photos of the item or mentioned in the description anywhere at the time I purchased it. After it arrived I contacted the seller to let them know I was not happy with that undisclosed tidbit. I would not have purchased it with the obvious souvenir aspect as we have no interest in a Florida item. I received no comment back from the seller, no apology, or any attempt to refund. OBVIOUSLY hid in listing photos!
