Payments must be made with in 7 days. We accept Paypal. We are considering other methods of payment methods for our customers convenience.
Shipping information
PLEASE NO PICK_UPS!!!! We ship International once or twice a week. Please take this into consideration. USA items are shipped in 1 to 4 business days. We usually do not ship Weekends or Holidays. We try to get the items out ASAP. Handling time will depend on the volume of packages we have. Please consider transit time. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please purchase insurance or ask me about a low cost alternative insurance offered by a 3rd party insurance company. All USA items will include tracking. Please consider transit time and peak periods before contacting us about your item.
Return policy
Please read auctions for details. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback. Most items all sales are final. We will exchange the item for the same item if there is a defect etc. Panties can't be returned. This policy is for sanitary reasons. If we have sent the wrong item we will correct the situation.

Please allow 24 hours to respond. I try to respond to every question asap. Sometimes I get over 50 questions and messages in one day. I do take them in the order received. On days I am packing and shipping it may take more time to answer messages. We appreciate your patience. Thanks for stopping by our store.
International Customers
Please pay with Paypal. Also please ask about shipping cost before you purchase. If you choose not to ask, please wait for an invoice for the correct total. Please do not enter your own shipping amount. We calculate shipping according to weight and a small handling fee is added to cover cost of shipping supplies and trip to the post office. We will NOT ship your item, even if you have paid if you have not paid correct amount. Please understand there is a transit time that depends on the type of shipping method you request and your countries customs and delivery service. Some countries such as Italy, you can count on long delays. In some cases it has taken over a month to receive.
FEEDBACK
We are happy to leave feedback AFTER it has been received. I apologize to those of you who have a problem with this. My automated feedback program is set up this way. This encourages our customers to please contact us first to work out a problem before they are quick to leave Negative feedback. Through communication any problem can be resolved. If you don't wish to have feedback left for you for privacy reasons feel free to contact me. I encourage you to ask for a private auction and changes will be made to the auction immediately. We respect everyone's privacy if it is too late for changes to be made please do not leave feedback for us and we can ensure it will not be left in return. Almost all negative feedback I have recieved is from someone with only a couple of feedback or they made no attempt to communicate to resolve their concerns. There are always people that refuse to negotiate. I will not negotiate with extortion tactics. I will offer what I can with in reason.
