I love selling sewing patterns on eBay. I am now an Education Specialist trained by ebay, teaching the Basics of Selling on ebay in West Michigan. I am adding handmade items to my store soon. eBay is a great addition to my limited retirement income.

As a Grandmother of 19 and Greatgrand mother of 1 you can see I have a claim to fame. I was raised on a farm and love chickens cows and animals and enjoy fresh garden produce. we tride raising chickens in the suburbs, and loved the fresh eggs, but had to give the chickens away because the township call them farm animals and they are illegal where we live.

Retired Dressmaker, designer, Wedding shop owner, (Dream Gowns)made, designed wedding gowns, did alterations and Tailoring. Public Speaker, As a member of Toastmasters International for almost 20 Years I have learned public speaking and given well over 100 speeches. I have taught speaking to young people and adults. Was a 4-H sewing leader for over 10 years. I have sold cleaning products and taught needle crafts through the party plan. I have become convinced that you CAN teach an old dog new tricks. As I love to learn and do new things at 68. I think that teaching The Basics of Selling on eBay is a natural for me. I have over 4ooo patterns to sell so will be at the pattern business for a while yet. I want to add hand made sewing including quilts and clothes to my store if I ever make more time to sew.

I prefer payment by pay pal but will take check or money order by snail mail. I hold checks 10 days before shipping.

Will ship by any method the customer desires if they want to pay for it. I do ship international. My usual shipping for small items is United States Postal service, first class, and for larger items Priority. If I ever sell very large items it would be discussed with the buyer.

I like to be notified by phone or email in 3 days from recept of the item and will refund in cash preferably to your pay pal account. But will mail money order upon receipt of returned item.

I hope to live to be 100 and teach lots of people to sell on eBay so they can get rid of their excess stuff and make extra money to help supplement their income. Who knows, maybe I'll teach someone who will make a big business out of eBay.I also want to teach Women about being a witness for Christ in their every day lives. I am working on a program for womens meetings and programs like mother daughter banquets. also a 2 day seminar for womens retreats. The Womens programs will be my mission I will not charge except for expenses.

I'm almost 70 years old and retired. I've been selling on eBay Since June 2006. Even I can't believe how much I've learned in that short time.Before I started eBay I was neary computer illiterate. Now I can find my way around eBay and the computer and email. It's great because physically I can't do what I used to but I can sit at the computer and put packages in the mail box. I'm getting rid of the stuff that use d to be important that is usless to me now. Why did I ever think I needed all that stuff anyway. I'm sure glad someone else likes it.I'm starting to sell my prescious fabrics. How did I ever think that I could sew hundreds of pieces of fabrics in this life time? This old dog sure is thankfull for computers and eBay and paypal.
