Item was offered as New and unopened. Received an opened box that had been emptied and then poorly repackaged. I asked for a refund to bring the price inline with OPEN BOX offers. They responded that the Item was an unused display item and all brushes were unopened so the refund offered was only half of what was needed to bring the price to what should have been the original sale offer. Deceitful marketing and poor customer service
