The soaps & lotions I make have no preservatives and no SLS, so they are gentle to the skin. The candles and tarts are made fresh to order and make take a few extra days before shipping. I do take some special requests.

Most products are handmade at time of ordering so a lead tim of 2-3 days is our standard.

If the product is damaged by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX please remember to fill out their claim forms. If the product is seriously misrepresented, not working, or flawed please contact me first before responding negatively. Refunds will be given at sellers discretion. Due to FDA regulations no refunds will be given on soap, lotion, and skincare products.

I will respond to emails within 3 days. Due to a very hectic schedule I sometimes forget to check my email everyday. I also work about 18 hour days away from home around the holdays, so I try not to list anything starting a week before holidays.
