I taught at a state university for 18 years then decided to try my hand at retail sales. I found a new career in sales and had a blast while doing my job. I loved my job in sales. This is why I decided to give eBay a try. Now that we have been official eBayers for a couple of months, all we have to say is, We Love Our Job. eBay customers are the greatest and most delightful people to work with.
Payment policy
Paypal, money order, or personal check via Pay Pal.
Shipping information
USPS 1st Class Parcel Mail. Your package usually arrives in 2-3 days and it's the least expensive method. We now use delivery confirmation and Prepaid mailing labels to track all packages shipped by Matildas Collectibles. Additionally, we usually only ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, so the quicker you pay for your winning bid, the sooner you'll receive your items.
We offer a shipping discount if you buy more than one item within a 2 week period. Just let us know that you are buying in separate auction ending dates and we will hold the initial items for you to ship all at the same time, along with the shipping discount given to you based on what, how many, etc. items you win.
Return policy
I'll accept returns as long as they are not broken due to shipping. Shipping insurance is only $2.50 per $100 value. A return request must be made within 7 days of receipt of item.

Fair warning with the phone call option, you will always get a message machine--sorry but solictors make us bonkers. Seriously, email is the best and quickest method to reach us.

We will gladly refund any sale to ensure a customer does not feel neglected or forgotten. Knowing a customer smiles when doing business with us is of the utmost importance. If dissatified with a purchase, item, shipping,or customer service we encourage all customers to allow us the opportunity to rectify any wrongs or ill-feelings. Additionally, if a return is necessary and it is not the customer's request, for example, missing rhinestones not disclosed because our poor old eyes missed 'em, the item does not match the pics, or you open the package and you thunk yourself on the head and say to yourself, This is the ugliest thing I've ever seen. What was I thinking? Contact us before you regret doing business with us.
