I want my store to be the place that people go to find the best price qualities on ebay. I want to compete with Marshall's, TJ Maxx, and Homegoods. I want my store to be the place where people seek to find unique, high quality goods, from leading brands. I sell mugs from Roy Kirkham and Dunoon. I sell teapots from leading makers like Paul Cardew, Villeroy & Boch, and Old Country Roses.

I am a recent graduate from college. I have degrees in Economics, Political Science and History. I plan to use my ebay career as a manner to practice business and learn good business skills. I work to assure that all of my customers are happy with my product and wish to continue to do business with me in the future.
Payment policy
I only accept Paypal. Also, when a person wants to purchase multiple items, please email me in advance for a shipping quote. On combined shipping, Pay the full price and I will refund the money on the overcharges on shipping. Sadly this is the best method that I currently possess. In the future I will have a better program for combined shipping. Thank you for your understanding on this problem.
Shipping information
Right now I use USPS because they are cheap and ship quickly. I package all items in new boxes with lots of peanuts and bubble wrap on all breakable goods. I have a very fast turnaround time. Normally I mail the same day or the next day, after I receive payment. Sometimes I find really good boxes free and I use those boxes. I always use good boxes for shipping.
I am happy to ship overseas. I will ship to any country in the world. I promise that I will ship to the address that I receive. Due to problems with domestic mail services the purchase may or may not arrive. Over the last 9 months I have only had 1 customer not receive an overseas package. Thank you for your understanding.
Return policy
I do accept returns. If a person is not satisfied with my product I will refund their money. If an item is damaged then I will replace the item, if it is possible.
On items such as shoes or handbags. . . I will accept returns. If a person wants to return a new pair of shoes then I need it in the box and rewrapped. The idea is to be like a shoe store and allow the person to try on the shoes. I do not want a person to use the shoes for a few days and decide that they are no good. I need to receive the items in condition for me to resell.
On handbags I will allow returns as long as the person promptly informs me of their desire to return the bag. Just ship the handbag back to me and I will gladly refund the money.
On purchases over $100, I must charge a 15% restocking fee. Ebay forces me to pay Ebay for facilitating the purchase, & I must pass this cost to my customers. Thank you for your understanding.
