I have been a buyer most of my life lol. I have been buying and selling on Ebay for almost 10 years, but the store is new this past 30 days.

I accept Pay Pal with a confirmed shipping address, Postal Money Orders or Cashiers Checks.

I generally ship within 24 hours of completion of payment (often times I ship same day) MOST of my items ship priority mail however I do also use first class mail and parcel post and occasionally UPS.

I accept returns if buyer contacts me within 2 days of receiving item, unless return is due to seller error or defective merchandise, buyer pays return shipping and will receive a refund minus shipping costs if I determine item is returned in the same condition as when it went out. Due to the codes on Webkinz I cannot accept refunds on Webkinz Items.

I generally leave buyers positive feedback as soon as payment is completed, I do not wait until after the buyer has left me positive feedback like a lot of sellers do. I am completely confident you'll be pleased with your purchase and reciprocate with positive feedback once you have received your items and examined them. If I fall behind in my feedback do not take offense i will catch up soon enough :-)
