The GE Profile 2.2 cu. ft. Countertop Microwave in Stainless Steel w/ Sensor Cooking arrived in a damaged shipping box. The microwave was badly dented on the top front right-hand corner and side. I contacted the seller the day of receipt and asked if s/he would consider a reduced price (if the microwave worked). The seller responded promptly with, "How much discount for you to keep it? I replied, "50% because of the hassle it would be to return it." The microwave worked, but I never heard back.

Item arrived in badly damaged box held together by plastic wrap with tiller sideways and cardboard ripped. The delivering company could not tell me what it was or where it came from. Many parts- including the wheels and wheel assembly, tools required for special parts, parts, paperwork and manual were missing. Seller recommended that I contact Champion for parts. Champion explained that the seller was not authorized and that there would be no warranty even though the tiller was listed as new.
