I try to ship within 5 business days of receiving payment, sooner in most cases. If you wish to receive your package fast, please let me know and I'll be happy to offer Express mail for you. Please do not ask me to ship to any other address than verified thru PayPal.

Returns are accepted but with stipulations. I must first be contacted about the item and the intent to return, it must be done within the first 3 days of receiving the item and it must be in the original condition, not used or opened. I always tract my packages. And although I do not require insurance be purchased, I highly recommend it!

I do not profit from shipping fees. I ship by weight and charge for supplies used. I know in some cases my shipping fees may seem a little bit high, but please remember, I run my store like a business. I ship the best way possible, in several cases I'm able to ship Priority even though Parcel Post shipping fees were paid.
