If you have reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with these.
I have 60 of these--one who on every post on the fence around my pool and deck. They stay on all night! It's crazy. Two were defective out of 60. The tops come off two easily. Suggest some double sided tape be used in between light body and top that rotates on. Don't put out a lot of light but do Mark a path
