MDK World Products has been in business for over 10 years. We started in California (Silicon Valley) and moved to NM about 5 years ago. We are dedicate ourselves to finding the best products and the best value possible and pass this on to all our customers. We are a small but well organized company with just about 14 employees that we have had since our 3rd year. We have grown approximately 7-10% per year since we opened. We maintain a family type work environment and everyone has remained happy and content.

Anything we list on eBay can be purchased threw PayPal. Also, when you get to the PayPal screen, you have the option to purchase with a Credit Card, just look to the left and click on the link. If you have any issues with this you can always call or email us and we will take care of any issues you may have.

We ship primarily threw UPS and you will get a UPS tracking number once your order has been processed. If you wish to have your Item shipped another way, please email us prior to placing the order so we can send you the correct shipping amount. We pride ourselves on delivering not just accurate information but quality products.

We have a few different policies depending on the product. Most Items sold on eBay will have a 7 day return policy. We do this to ensure a timely transaction process and so we can either get a new Item back to you or get the money refunded ASAP. We do not what to make you wait for your refund but we need to inspect the returned Item as well. Most important, please call us ASAP if you receive your Item damaged so we can get a new one to you in the shortest amount of time possible.
