Personalized items can't be returned because obviously they can't be resold. All our items are custom made after you order them, but if we make a mistake, you're not stuck with the item. Contact us by email at ebay@mecabrush.com and explain the nature of our error and we will take immediate steps to either exchange or replace the item. We're not responsible for errors you've made so be sure that you check the item description, size charts, and other information we provide so that you know you're ordering the correct size.
