I've been trading as a sole trader on ebay for several years, forming a limited company medsave.co.uk Limited in August 2007. All goods are supplied by us directly from the manufacturer and are brand new, unless otherwise stated. Though we occasionally sell customer returns or end of life-time products we never do this without clearly stating so in our listings and never describe such items as 'new'.

PAYPAL: send payment to paypal@medsave.co.uk. Always send postal payments via registered or recorded delivery and write your eBay user name and item number(s) on the reverse of money orders and cheques sent. Paypal e-cheques take at least 10 working days to clear (that's 2 weeks). If you use this as a method of payment be prepared to wait. BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UK: Please note that non-Uk currency cheques and money orders may take up to 28 days to process and items cannot be dispatched until payment has cleared. We cannot accept non-UK currency cheques and money orders that exceed £30 in value (about US$45 or 32 Euros). If you want to pay this way and have spent more that £30 please send more than one cheque/money-order, each less than £30 in value, adding up to the total amount required. Please note all payment should be in the base currency of a listing, unless otherwise stated.

We aim for dispatch all orders on the day they are made or within 1 working day unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Orders made over the weekend or late on a Friday are usually dispatched by the following Monday unless it's a UK public holiday. If there are going to be problems with your order we will try to contact you by e-mail or phone within 1 working day of receiving it explaining the problem and any delays that might be incurred. Please note: most of our items are sent via Royal Mail which means that we cannot attempt to chase items lost in the mail until 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) have elapsed since the item was posted. Due to supply problems we occasionally have to ship items listed as located in other countries from the UK. In such cases, where the recipient has to pay import duty or taxes they wouldn't normally pay and can prove to us this was the case, we will refund the amount paid.

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened. Items bought in error, where we are without fault, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right not to refund postage in such cases. Customers requesting returns, refunds or redeliveries must have a public eBay feedback profile (i.e. they must not hide it or make it private). MEDICAL ITEMS: We reserve the right to charge a 75% restocking charge for medical items in cases where no fault has been made by us, since they are useless once returned and have to be disposed of. SOFTWARE can only be returned at our discretion once activated or installed. REQUESTING A REFUND - DATA PROTECTION In the case where a refund claim is made or re-delivery is requested we reserve the right to share your eBay user ID and purchase information with other eBay sellers for fraud prevention purposes before a refund is given or redelivery is made. We will not share your purchase or personal information for any other purpose.

If you buy more than one item we charge normal postage for one item you buy plus the 'per additional item' cost of the others. The charge made will be the most expensive combination of these. E.g. if you buy 1 item that is £1 postage for the first item plus free postage on the others, and another item which is £1.25 for the first item plus £0.99 per additional item we'd charge you £1.99 postage. £1 for the first item plus £0.99 for the second. On larger orders (10+ purchases) we may give more of a discount. If one of your items comes from a listing where only 1 item is listed and so no information is included for the 'per additional item' cost we will charge the cost of posting one item less £1-£2 (US$1.50-£3) depending on the item. If no postage is stated to where you live then, if we state UK postage, foreign postage is usually UK postage plus 25-100%, depending on the item weight and value. If non-UK postage is stated we charge that for all similar locations.
