I started selling on Ebay as a way to clear out some of the old gear and outdoor clothing I had lying around the house from years of accumulations. After just about everything I owned had been sold, including my car, I realized that not only was it a really fun and intriguing way to make some money (however little), but I also thoroughly enjoyed helping all sorts of people living everywhere around the world to find affordable items that would enable them to pursue their outdoor interests a bit easier. Whether it be a nice new soft-shell climbing jacket, a new pair of powder skis, or just a classic old pair of wool mittens that still have a few lives left in them, it is a good thing when you can help a person find something they like. We continue to try to maintain a decently sized inventory of outstanding, high quality, and Brand New items at rock-bottom prices so that we may serve as a viable avenue for those looking for their next new favorite piece of gear.

The default shipping method is via USPS Priority or First Class mail. However, we will happily ship items according to the buyer's specifications provided that the buyer agrees to pay any additional shipping costs associated with the chosen service. Buyers are also responsible for any mandatory increases in shipping charges in the event that a private shipping carrier must be used for some international shipments.

Because we are constantly trying to make room for new and different products, we generally discourage returns. We are not a big box retailer that has the ability to offer a large revolving-door of trial and error, so our advice for buyers is to know what your needs are before purchasing an item. Knowing what you require from a piece of gear will help you to find just the right piece, and so the chances of it not working for you are lessened significantly - This is when we have both done our job right, and it feels great! However, the other side of this coin is that we often have very limited quantities of each item, so if you see something you like, it may be your ONLY opportunity to win it! If after serious consideration, you receive a product that is truly not going to work for you, we will gladly accept returns for Merchandise Credit. Note that this Credit will not include the initial shipping costs, nor the return shipping costs, which are the buyer's responsibility.
