Business InformationHistory/background
I have been on eBay for over 5 years now...
Payment policy
PayPal and money orders only.
Shipping information
I usually ship items out within 1-3 days of cleared payment recieved. They will go out parcel post, first class, or priority depending on the item, the shipment location, and the shipping charges. I include delivery confirmation.
Return policy
All sales are final. I don't accept returns. I don't sell a lot like a store and I try to list items to the best of my knowledge, so I can't be taking things back.
Contact information
email only- I check it several times a day though, so it is usually easy to get a quick response from me.
Ebay Experience
I have had good and bad experience with ebay. Someone left me neutral feedback because the shoes I sold him were small on his daughter- so he said I should have stated in the listing that the shoe runs small. I think this is ridiculous. I wear size 7 (which was the size of the shoe I sold) and it fit me fine. Why would I put it runs small when it doesn't? Besides, I accurately put the size listed on the shoe; what more does a seller have to do? I have purchased things on ebay that I was upset about because the item fit me wrong, but I knew it was my problem and not the sellers fault- therefore positive feedback was left and that was that. It's something people need to be aware of when shopping for clothing and shoes online. Moral of story: buy at your own risk :). On the other hand, I have had very wonderful, understanding customers who have really impressed me. I guess it's a hit and miss thing :/
Bid with CONFIDENCE
When I sell items, they are usually things I personally bought, or someone I know personally bought for themselves/myself from a retail store. Thus, the items are high-quality and well made. I would NEVER sell anything that isn't authentic. So bid with confidence because my items are the quality I wanted for myself originally, so that means AWESOME QUALITY AND 100% AUTHENTIC.
