Good workout if you can ignore "This is great for you AND your baby!"
1 of 1 found this helpful Denise Austin is annoying, but the cardio workout on here is actually good and I use it every day. I just wish they had a "music only" selection like they do on her other CDs, so you wouldn't have to hear her talk the whole time your trying to workout.
It's great to have a dvd that I feel safe using during pregnancy, however, and its nice that the models on the dvd are pregnant, too, so I don't feel like such a cow.

Measure cells phone
My only complaint is the front cell phone pocket is too small for my Samsung phone. This was the main reason I bought it, so pretty disappointing! Otherwise its well made, fits on body well ( other slings I've tried cross the upper chest and have too short of a strap), and has smart compartment placements.
