Sui Generis Systems has been operating since 2005 building computers and servers. We have recently expanded our business into eBay selling computer parts and electronics at wholesale prices.

We accept all forms of PayPal including e-checks. Our general auction payment terms are: Your payment is expected within 3 days of Auction Close. Failure to pay for an auction within 7 days will result in processing a non-paying bidder complaint with the auction venue. The item will also be relisted.

Sui Generis Systems will always combine shipping on multiple auctions. If you win multiple auctions from us, do not pay immediately. Instead wait for us to send you an invoice reflecting the combined shipping amount. The only international destinations we will ship to are Canada and the U.K., please send a message for a personalized shipping quote. Include your Address, City, Province, State, Country and any other relevant shipping information. Stated shipping costs in our auctions are for U.S.A. only.

If item is significantly different from our description, the item must be returned within 7 days. Please contact us before sending the item back so that you can get a valid RMA#. See Contact Information section for contact details. Return product should be in original good condition and packaging with attached valid RMA# on the box. We cannot accept returns for damage/loss incurred during shipping unless you have purchased shipping insurance. The purchase of shipping insurance is optional and at the discretion of the buyer. If the item is working and you have just changed your mind/don't like it, a 15% restocking fee will apply (buyer must pay return shipping to SGS).
