I use UPS or Fedex because they allow tracking of packages and have much better customer service and care for the packages they deliver. Items should get shipped within a week of winning a bid. Contact me if you would like something shipped quickly. I will send you an e-mail when the item is shipped along with the tracking number.

If an item is found to be not functioning as described in the product page please return the item and after inspection I will refund money. If you do not receive an item in the mail I will look into this with the mailing service. If they report no issues with mailing I cannot refund. (some people try to get their money back with claims of non-receival, so unfortunately I must err on the side of caution)
