I have systemic lupus & fibro, etc, and currently my hemoglobin production is fluctuating. I have been in the hospital twice and occasionally have medical emergencies that force me to mail out later than three days after payment. When that happens, I ALWAYS send extra prezzies and offer discounts on ANYTHING listed. Please know I am doing my utmost best and will make it up to you, whatever the dissatisfaction. Generally, a shipment goes out at least once a week with USPS but a hospital stay can back things up a bit.
