My grandson Jack,got me interested in selling on ebay.He's three years old and autistic.I was making the JACK'S BORDERS solely for my own landscaping.I made a machine and started making the panels.We donate to the autisim society and his parents.

I have made unique things from the wood media most of my life. But my grandson got me interested in selling the items. My friends and family pushed me into expanding the idea from my own wall to other people. I have made but a few for others and have wanted to get most back but to no avail. Generally they are so unique that it is impossible to make another because nature dosn't make the same piece of wood twice. We have a web site that we sell a lot of items at a greatly reduced price year round,www.rock-n-woodfencing.com. It contains over 3,000 products and is really a good place to look for inexpensive and great quality everythings. We do not offer our ebay items on the site at this point but will at some point. Just for registering on the site you get 30% off for life. We do not spam or send out hundreds of emails, ( I don't have the time ). We do take care of business though and are pleased when we make our customers happy. Customer service has always been our number one priority.

We except every method of payment however, if it is other than credit/debit, the check or money order must clear first before we fill the order. If you are a repeat customer with us that rule varies. We offer insurance on the specialty products and will insist on insurance on any of those return items.

Usually UPS ground or faster if requested. At this point we ship only to the United States and Canada.

Our goal is to please and create an atmosphere condusive to repeat customers. We will except any item back if you are not pleased for any reason. A sale with insurance requires a return with insurance. Specialty items those not on our web site, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
