Item was as described. Shipping was fast. Packaging was excellent. The second hand had fallen off the clock. Contacted seller about this and he said that this happens every once and awhile during shipping. The seller responded right away and made it right. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Item as described. The shipper did respond in a timely manner on a question I had concerning shipping the item. However, the respond from the seller was very negative and part of his comment was uncalled for. When I asked about expediting the item, their response was, "I can't get put you in front of other customers". I didn't ask that, I just asked for expedited shipping. In the future, just yes or no whether you can't accommodate the customer.
