Our return policy varies depending on the item you win. If it is brand new in the box factory sealed then we usually do not refund,but there can be some exceptions. My wife and Myself make sure if it is a breakable item we pack it extra careful and we make sure the item is boxed with bubble wrap and is nice and secure. Those plane rides can be hard on some items. But if it is a used item there is a 5 day return policy on your item.
