Shipping information
Depends on the customer's needs and preferences; but we usually ship Priority Mail for all items over 14 ounces.
Return policy
RETURN POLICY: No returns. 7 day exchange policy for in store credit only. The returned item will be exchanged only if the below return guidelines are followed.
Customer must e-mail us requesting return authorization. No refunds. Exchanges only accepted within 7 days from the date the customer received the original item. Item must be returned in same condition & with any tags if applicable. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and delivery confirmation cost of exchanged item.

Future Goals
Our family is in need of a bit more space; so we are working and saving toward building onto our residence. Someday I'd like to visit New Zealand again. We lived there when I was a small child and 2 of my sisters were born there. I hope it is as I remember it....Hopefully someday.
