Insurance is optional on most of our items and we always do our best to package the items we sell securely. We cannot however guarantee the same treatment by the carrier of your auction goods once they leave our hands. When in doubt, we recommend you purchase insurance.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the item. We ask you to please contact us prior to return so we can work together to resolve any issues. We very, very, rarely have this happen. It might have been only once and payment was refunded in full and positive feedback was still exchanged on both ends.
