Feedback and communication are very important to me. I have and will always try my hardest to communicate with the seller if any problem or question arises! I promise to be patient and give the seller every opportunity to fix any problem. Negative feedback is ALWAYS an EXTREME LAST RESORT that I take only if I absolutely exhausted my resources and had no other choice. I do NOT like to leave negative feedback.
It is unfortunate that I had a very rare situation where a seller not only didn't ship my entire order (was missing an item) but I tried to contact them for WEEKS without even a single returned email. Then I tried to have it ressolved through Paypal with STILL no communication or resolution and had no other choice but to leave a negative feedback IN HOPES of having them fix the problem and change the negative to a neutral...BUT they chose to retaliate with a NEGATIVE feedback for ME. I paid within 30seconds of winning and tried patiently to contact them. HOW UNFAIR is that?
