Visa, MC, Amex via Paypal, and money orders (no personal checks without prior approval).

All items are shipped via USPS. Buyer pays insurance which is required along with delivery confirmation. Some items, such as doll houses, require special packing and shipping. Shipping will be calulated after close of auction/sale. Pick-up in Portland, OR is always welcome with larger items.

Generally, there are no returns unless the item is defective. Since I personally inspect each item prior to shipping, this is never a problem. However, I may accept returns in certain circumstances. Since I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases, I encourage them to report any problems to me prior to leaving feedback.
