We ship Worldwide. Shipping discounts are given for multiple items bought and paid for at the same time. If you would like the shipping and handling costs in advance for multiple items, please email us. We will need to have your zip code, or country, what you would like to buy, and count of each item. There is a shipping calculator in every write up for you, to calculate your shipping costs based on your zip code. The calculator will not quote for Overseas, APO’s, and FPO’s. You will need to email for those prices. Outside of the United States buyers are responsible for any duties, tariffs or other fees that may be applicable. Shipping occurs only after payment is received and cleared. Anything that is shipped is tracked. We ship on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. Your order needs to be paid for before noon Pacific Time the day before for the shipping is to take place. We are not able to take responsibility for shipping service transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier.

Refunds will only take place if product is defective. If it states there is no refund in the write up, no refund will be give. We will issue a Return Authorization number. Packages without an authorized RA# will not be accepted. Returns must be authorized you can do so by emailing us at minutebear@hotmail.com.Use the same type of shipping with tracking that you received the product. If your product arrived by priority mail with tracking, you must return the product in that manner. For products that are returned in accordance with our policy, you should receive replacement within 3-10 business days, depending on your location, or refund through PayPal. There is a 10% restocking fee. We will not refund any shipping costs.
