Hi everyone! I'm a mother of five who started out buying clothing for my children, tried my hand at selling & became hooked!

I'm always looking for high quality shoes, purses, better quality clothing & kidswear to offer my buyers--especially unique or HTF items. Many are new with or without tags, but nearly all are something I'd be proud to own.

I still love buying clothes for our family, and toys for the kids on eBay! I'm a real eBay junkie at Christmas.

I collect vintage Christmas items, plates, and love red transferwear and cranberry glass, so it's fun to look for items to add to my own collections as well.

The oldies like the Sound of Music, Wizard of Oz, & musicals are up my alley.

I am registered in the state of Kansas and do business as Misa's Treehouse Boutique, specializing in internet sales.

I accept Paypal, money orders & cashiers checks. No personal checks please.

I usually ship US Postal Service Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Very small items may go 1st class, while lots or larger bundles may go parcel post. I prefer to ship breakables UPS.

My official policy is all sales final. I do this to protect myself from the few unscrupulous scoundrels out there. If you truly think I've made a mistake or have a valid issue, let's talk. I believe in honesty in trading and treating my customers as I'd like to be treated. I'm a mom too, you know, and respect the value of a dollar--and know that you do too. I try to list accurately but am human and (unfortunately) make an occasional mistake or fail to look at something in the same way as one particular buyer might. I think my feedback shows that I have HIGH standards and do a good job though! If I've made a substanctial error in the listing, of course, contact me and I'll make it right! However, please do so within 2 days of receipt.
