Payment policy
Payments via Bank Depo are appreciated! (australian only) Saves fees.. Otherwise Paypal is a great way to deal in my opinion.

Shipping information
All parcels over $10 value will be sent via Registered Postal as per Australian Post extra fee of $3 is applied, an not negotiable. International buyers are welcome, however postal charges will be higher as per Australian Post. Only items that pass the declaration of security can be sent, i do not use couriers.

Return policy
No returns....unless stated otherwise. If I make a mistake on my part, i will certainly strive to fix the problem, however i take great care of making sure we will not have any problems.

Hi Jane, Hope all is well, Love your colourfull messages, you sound like a very active and genuine person, who likes most things in life, just like the fiery pattens in an Opal, i am a father of two great Girls, i look after them full time, & would not change it for anything else in the world, the things i like to do in order would be, to first look after my girls & then buying opal to cut & polish for people to enjoy, i love doing this, better then going to the club or pub, my next intrest would be fishing & then going to the movies to share a bit of popcorn, anyway bye for now, & hope to hear from you again soon. regards Opaldreamer.
