We started selling on ebay in 1998, as a hobby. We enjoyed it, and sold primarily palm pilots. To gather product to sell, I started a website call sellyourpalm.net, buying used palm pilots from others to resell. That business exploded, particularly when mentioned in popular how to books for palm pilots, and we have grown steadily since then.

In order to be fair to everyone, we request payment immediatlely upon the completion of the auction, but at the latest within 24 hours of auction end. This insures that product is available for our customers who really want our items. If you cannot submit payment in that time frame please do not bid on this item, most likely MistyElectronics will have plenty of inventory when you are ready to buy.We accept paypal and most major credit cards directly

We only ship to the United States and Canada. Items will ship the next business day after payment is received, in some cases the same day. All emails will be sent to your email address registered with eBay. Shipping typically take 2-4 business days from time of payment, and if paypal is your payment choice we will only ship to your confirmed paypal address

We offer a 30 day replacement warranty, no payments are refunded for any reason. Defective items will either be replaced, or the purchase price credited towards anything else in our ebay store. (If on a rare occasion a refund is given, it is subject to restock fee of 20%) Shipping costs either way are not refundable for any reason.
