I have been PLAYING IN THE MUD, for over 20 years. I have my own studio and teach lessons in pottery. I enjoy throwing pots on the wheel, hand building, combination piece, and sculpture. I have, over the years developed a following due to my attention to the small details in a project, and my broad artistic character, style, and form. No two pieces are ever the same. Never any molds used here. I likes to do the traditional hand-built pottery pieces following my Native American roots, but sometimes combine them with hand-thrown pieces on the wheel creating a Combination piece, which is creating a piece that has numerous different sections that are combined together to produce the Grand Piece. I have created many pieces of pottery over the years. From fine art vases to folk art castles and face jugs. As of late, I prefer to sculpture. Creating art work that displays amusing facial features and unique characteristics.
