Shipping information
All items are usually shipped within 1 – 2 business days after receipt and processing of payment. This can vary from time to time, depending upon the volume of sales. However, we do our best to ship all packages THE SAME DAY. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm that your item has shipped along with a tracking number. If you find you are unable to track the shipment with your tracking number, and it has been over 48 hours since you received the number, then please email INFO@MIXEDDEALZ.COM.

What are the basic terms of your return policy?
• In order to return a product, Please contact us by email or phone within 5 days of receiving the item. An RMA number will be issued to speed up the process.
• All unauthorized returns with no RMA number will be ignored and returned to shipper as necessary. Please do not return an item without authorization.
• All authorized RETURNS with RMA numbers must be received at our warehouse within ONE weeks from the date they are authorized.
