Good Book - Very Useful and Easy to Follow
1 of 1 found this helpful I was very happy with this book and have recommended it to other friends. It helped me diagnose a milk "sensitivity" in my son. He behavior has greatly improved since I have taken dairy out of his diet. I admit I didn't read all of the book... but there was a lot of info that pertained to my child in the first 150 pages. I purchased it based on a couple of websites that said it was a "must read" if you thought your child may have allergies.
