My daughter and I love to work with our hands, we have been in business for 12 years but just opened this store. Soon there will be 3 generations in the store, my grandson, my daughter and myself.

We currently have some vintage items and some painted glassware. We will be adding decoupage, stenciling and wood-burning with the occasional painting or drawing by my grandson soon. Later in the season there will be ornaments, possibly jewelry and possibly gift baskets.

I opened Flower City Crafts & Gifts 12 years ago. We started out at craft shows where we decided what was in demand and what we wanted to do. We decided not too long ago to open on Ebay.

Right now I will accept PayPal only.

We offer USPS: Parcel Post, Overnight and First Class. All items handled within 24 hours, excluding federal holidays. Local buyers may choose to pick up items or have them delivered for a small charge.

We will only accept returns on the Hand-painted glassware if it was damaged in shipping, all else will depend on the circumstances. Insurance is added to handling fee. We will strive to make all customers happy, but we do realize that some won't be happy no matter what. Always feel free to ask questions. We will answer them promptly. Merchandise credit will be offered.

Shipping charges may be combined with multiple items purchased. As a courtesy orders over $100 will ship flat rate free. Overnight charges will still apply.

It has come to my attention that I should provide an explanation for the 1 negative feedback we have received. The item was a Glasbake glass oven dish and I question the word shattered, insurance was provided but no claim was made, I pack using plastic bags from the grocery store and I pack pretty tight after wrapping in either newspaper or bubble wrap (in this case it WAS bubble wrap). I have done the egg test from science class (pack a raw egg in a box and drop it, if it doesn't break you're great). We did apologize to her for the packing, my mom smokes, but I don't and we store and pack at my house. On this one occasion I had run out of bags and used some from my mom's house. Didn't think about the smoke. Won't happen again.
