We have been selling on Ebay for about 4 years and we always try to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We sometimes make mistakes because we are human but we are also willing to fix all of our mistakes. Unfortunately it is impossible to satisfy a customer who is not willing to communicate or understand. We make every effort to correct my mistakes and with patience and communication it will work out. Some problems such as USPS or UPS not delivering in a timely manner is not a problem I can resolve, once the package is their hands we have no say over it. We love doing this and there are probably less than 1/2 of 1/2 percent that are impossible to deal with and make it difficult no matter what solution we offer, the other 99 1/2+ percent make it a very worthwhile proposition.
Payment policy
We prefer Paypal as a payment method but we are happy to accept money orders. If you are paying by e-check (checking account debit card) please understand that your payment will take 3 to 7 days to clear and we can not send your package until it clears. We will accept a check but we can't ship your package until it clears. We do not accept bank transfers. If mailing a money oprder please send it in a timely manner let us know when you send it. We would like payments within 3 days of auction ending but if more time is needed we are willing to work with buyers. If payment is not received within 7 days we will file a non paying bidder reminder. If there is no communication from buyer we will relist the item after 10 days and after 14 days a NonPaying Bidder strike will be made against their account.
Shipping information
We try to ship as many days of the week as possible -usually 4 days a week. If there is a question or information ie: different shipping address, preferred shipping day or other important info please contact us through Ebay email system. If notes about shipping are left on the payment page they sometimes get overlooked. You will receive an email with your tracking # and shipping info as soon as your package is shipped.
Return policy
We will gladly accept returns on items that are not described accurately. We will not accept returns on items that you decide you don't want unless we made a mistake in listing it but we also are willing to make decisions based on a specific set of circumstances and this is not just a blanket policy.

Handling charges
Because prices are going through the roof we do charge a handling fee of $1.00 per package to defer the cost of shipping supplies such as boxes, packing material, tape, ink and the price of gas. Unfortunately USPS prices have been climbing also and we are not charging a huge handling fee but we really need to be able to defer some of those costs or we won't be able to continue selling.
