I combine shipping whenever possible and can offer good discounts when paying for items all together. 8.5 oz shampoos and smaller items are shipped via First Class Mail, and after second item and all professional sizes are shipped Priority Mail. Every once in a while our mail system is not the best, please bear with me in delayed arrival, I will stand with you every step of the way! My items are all brand new, unused and since they are pricey to ship, I am sorry but do not acept returns.They are also very properly packed!
