I love to read mysteries, business books, learn anything about art and antiques, visit old vintage shops to shop, listen to music, mainly old scholl rap, rock music from the eighties, new world music and latin music.

I love Dashiel Hammett novels, Agatha Christie, Jane Austen novels, I likemainly classic books, I am not a big reader of modern novels unless the reviews intrigue me such as Dan Brown's Da'vinci code. I read self improvment books on business as well

It's a wonderful life, dark Victory, Charlie Chan movies from the 30's and 40's. I have a collection of some of these movies.

I like both old and new music, new world music from all over the world, Mainly listen to old school rap from the 80's and rock bands, some heavy metal, oldies from 50's 60's, latin music, favorite bands are Chicago, aerosmith, the rolling stones, Macy Gray

Favorite tv shows are Deal or No Deal, CSI NY, Law and Order shows mainly Criminal Intent.

I work out of home based business mainly connecting investors and mortgage companies to sellers of owner financed cashflow notes. I deal in all sorts of cashflow notes such as settlements, judgements, annuities, boat, automobile notes and many more... but I have mainly worked with sellers of owner financed real estate notes. I have completed many deals and with my experience I tell prospective sellers how to enhance their mortgage note to make it more marketable. I can find conventional fiancing for home buyers as well.

I have been on Ebay since 2003, mainly as a home and garden decor shop but I have since enjoyed learning more about antiques and art and have changed my sale items to include wide variety. I will soon start to sell adspace on my website from Ebay to home businesses owners or auction sites

Within the USA I mainly use media mail for the books I ship within the USA, Parcel post for items sent within USA. International clients I send items by usps airmail parcel post or usps economy parcel post.
