If its Dead On Arival I will refund the cost of the item only, not shipping or the return shipping, so you pay for return shipping. Games or music on CD or DVD are a no return item. I test everything before I sell it and its too easy to copy it and then say its bad for a refund. Please ask lots of questions before biding.
