Ended up going with pro
Pro version has more technical features so I ended up going with pro.

Replacement for HP OEM
Compared to HP Genuine toner the print quality was the same at 1200 dpi, in fact I thought to aftermarket toner was maybe a little richer black.
Very happy with quality of toner and print quality. I was nervous about using aftermarket toner, but this worked out well.
