We work very hard to provide our buyers with great photos of our items and accurate descriptions. My wife usually ships twice per week (she works 3rd shift & it's just too hard for her to stay awake every morning waiting for the post office to open), but we will make exceptions if you REALLY need your item in a hurry and you let her know. We prefer communication via eBays message system...too many problems with spam settings for us to trust communication to be recieved by our buyers and the sellers we work with via the regular e-mail system. We are not a big time business, just a regular couple working together to make some extra money to keep our bills paid. We love feedback, unfortunately some people just don't return the favor so we leave it for our buyers after it is left for us. We immediately leave feedback for sellers we purchase from upon receipt of our items.
Payment policy
We accept PayPal & money orders along with personal checks. (Items for personal checks are held 7 days until check clears.)
Shipping information
We ship via USPS...priority, parcel, & media mail. We trust USPS & it is convenient for us. We have only had one claim of a package not showing up in 6 years, and that one was to Australia & we did provide the Customs Declaration number to our buyer but was left Neg. feedback anyway. PLEASE keep in mind that we have no control over what the Postal system charges to ship a package or how fast they are able to get it to you once we drop it off at the Post Office. We do not charge handling fees for the items we ship.
Return policy
If you feel your item has been grossly misrepresented and you wish to return it to us we will gladly refund you your payment amount. Item MUST have delivery confirmation on the package when returned & you must contact us with that confirmation number upon mailing the item. Purchase price will be refunded as soon as item is received by us.
