I -had- a 100% positive report until recently. The person who won my item refused to pay for the item unless I relisted it as buy it now. When I said no multiple times over the course of 3 days, I contacted a live rep about what I should do. I 2nd chanced the item to the 2nd highest bidder who was very much happy with the purchse! As a result, I have -earned- the negative feedback you can see

Return policy
I don't accept returns. When I sell books, I don't want someone to just make copies of every page and then return it. The game I sold on here was a collector's item for PC and I did not want the cd key being used and then the item returned to me.
