STORAGE RULES
ALL PAID OBJECTS MUST LEAVE OUR FACILITY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PAYMENT WE WILL HOLD ALL MERCHANDISE FOR 90 DAYS. AFTER 90 DAYS WE WILL RESELL THE OBJECT WITH A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20 PERCENT AND A STORAGE CHARGE EQUAL TO 10 PERCENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PER MONTH. THE STORAGE CHARGE BEGINS ACCRUING AFTER 30 DAYS. THE BUYER WILL GET THE PROCEEDS OF THE SALE OF THE OBJECT MINUS THESE CHARGES WHEN THE ITEM IS RESOLD. THIS CAN NOT BE NEGOTIATED. WE DO THIS TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER PICKS UP OR THEIR ITEM IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT IS RUDE TO ASSUME WE CAN HOLD YOUR PAID ITEMS FOREVER.
