As avid collectors ourselves, it has simply been a natural progression to sell off doubles from our collections along with the many items that we come across in our collecting hunts.

Paypal is the fastest way to pay and the only acceptable form of payment for our international clients. We request that payment be finalized within 7 days of purchase, unless alternative arrangements have been made. We also request some form of contact be made within 3 days (if payment not already made) so we know what day you intend to pay and how. Bank deposit is available domestically, as are money orders. Mailing cash in the post is risky and not recommended. Please remember that should something occur to affect your ability to pay on time, we can work with you. Communication is key. Let us know you are having difficulties and we will work together to find a good solution.

Your item dispatches as quickly as we can get it out to you. This may be as early as on the day of payment or the next business day. We do our very best to wrap your items so that they will arrive in the same condition in which they left. We have extensive experience as both recipients and senders of international items. Drawing from this we select the service that is the safest, fastest and most cost efficient to maximize the safe handling of your items. We understand that the items you purchase are valuable and important to you, thus we send them to you as we'd like them to be sent to us. We frequently choose to register our EU/UK bound items due to the occasional delays that can occur with customs in some countries. With registered delivery we can be assured that the dispatching post office has kept records of your item and will be able to help us find out where it is should a delay occur. This service can cost as little as $5 extra but is well worth every dollar.

We take the time to photograph our items clearly, write out a thorough description and note anything that may be perceived as a flaw so that you understand precisely what you will be purchasing. Many of the items we sell are vintage and therefore will not look the way they did over 20 years ago. We ask that you take your time with a listing and carefully absorb both the pictures and text. If you happen to see something in a listing that you are unsure of, please message us. Careful consideration combined with making inquiries is your best option. It is an expensive exercise to return an item by post and we cannot pay for the postage should a return be necessitated due to a mis-reading of the listing or a change of mind. If we have made a blatant error and sent you the wrong item or the item is in a substantially different condition, we will work with you to ensure the outcome is positive. We request in such an instance that you contact us as a matter of urgency.

We welcome you contacting us no matter what your question. We generally have a good base knowledge of the collectible items we sell, thus we should be able to answer a fair portion of related questions or point you in the right direction. Contact us via ebay at your leisure and we'll get back to you as soon as we are on-line.

If you see more than one or two items you'd like to purchase, contact us and see what we can do. Quite often we can crunch the numbers and find you a nice saving whether on postage or your items. Additionally you may see a big ticket item but can't quite pay for it in one go. Not to worry! For items that exceed a certain price we can work out a payment schedule that can extend the normal payment time so you don't have to miss out.

For those new to e bay it may come as a surprise that ebay was previously akin to one giant on-line yard sale. These days ebay looks more like an on-line mall. Even so, many people who sell on ebay still do so from their own homes. They can provide a great service whilst getting you that item that you won't find in any mall. It's the best of both worlds.
