Kindly remit payment within SEVEN (7) days or the item in question may be re-listed for sale or auction. We always work in good faith with any customer experiencing an unexpected financial challenge. We are understanding and fair people. We do not post retaliatory or unjustified negative Feedback.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail in the USA and Worldwide. Sorry, no merchandise pick-ups. We charge the actual price of the postage plus a packing fee ~ typically between $1 and $3. The fee is commensurate with the cost of the packing materials used to keep your fragile antique Limoges porcelain safe en route. We recycle and use clean, smoke-free, pet-free bubble wrap and Styrofoam packing peanuts. We can safely pack several items in one parcel. Combining shipping in this way saves our customers money on postage and insurance fees. We are happy to hold items up to ten (10) days in order for our Winning Bidders to combining shipping.

All eBay Auction sales are Final. However we do accept returns if we make an error. Simply bring it to our attention within seven days of receipt. Please understand that due to rarity, exchanges are not always possible.

Nearly everything we sell is at least 75 years old ~ select pieces are more than 100 years old! Much of the decoration was hand-applied and the manufacturing process was primitive by today's standards. We believe the Limoges porcelain we offer is among the best of the best on eBay and we have more than 4,000 satisfied customers who agree! Nevertheless, antique Limoges porcelain is seldom perfect. Minor flaws, kiln dust, glaze skips and such are to be expected unless an item is of Museum Quality; we do not offer such items on eBay. Fortunately, it has been our experience over the years that reasonable people can agree on the difference between a flaw and damage. If you have any questions, we welcome them!
