I ship most everything Priority! If it is over 13 ounces, it goes Priority, unless it is a HUGE difference, then it goes Parcel. I think I have only shipped 5 items total Parcel in the 1 1/2 years that I have done this. If it is 13 ounces or less, it goes first class, unless it is a pricey item then it will go Priority too. I ship the day of if not the day after payment clears. I am proud of my quick shipping!!!

Contact must be made within a week of receipt of the item. Returns are on a item by item basis. I have had people try to return a shirt that had the new tags on it, after they removed the tags, wore it and washed it. So, since we have dishonest people out there, I will take returns after being contacted by the buyer and given an explanation. Thanks!
